Game statistics are captured through verified channels by certified referees and scorers.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to build and maintain verified athlete profiles, power performance analytics and AI-driven insights, operate the fantasy games engine, process memberships, and communicate schedule, safety, and platform updates.
Data Security
Athlead Sports Group's technological infrastructure is built on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Data is encrypted at the point of entry, protected by tiered access controls based on user role, and reviewed through regular privacy audits. Sensitive information, such as health or biometric data, is stored separately and accessible only to authorized personnel.
Children's Privacy
Athlead's junior-high pilot program involves athletes as young as grade 7. Parental consent is required before any minor athlete's information is stored or shared, in alignment with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Parents may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's data at any time.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Requests can be submitted through your account settings or by contacting us directly.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Aggregated or anonymized statistics may be shared with league partners, sponsors, or licensed data partners for analytics and promotional purposes. Public-facing content such as leaderboards or highlight reels is curated with consent and anonymized where appropriate.
Data Retention
We retain athlete and account data for as long as an account remains active, or as needed to preserve historical career records. Outdated or unused data is deleted in accordance with our internal retention schedule.
